I have
a quick question. You mentioned in your report that the front faucet didn't work. I asked the owner about that
and they said " front faucet has been permanently disabled because of frozen pipes in the past". Do you know
roughly how much it would cost to fix something like that? This is also the same wall in which the electric outlet was
not working (in the garage). Maybe the two are correlated?
